Hanna and Cassandra both pursued Master's degrees in Social Work. Hanna has a professional focus on mindset work, while Cassandra focuses on embodiment and self-care.

Art has learned how to find balance between his busy life as a famous international DJ and finding time to care for himself and his body.
Together, we have learned how to shift our mindsets, create the habits, and find real ways to take care of our bodies while living our ideal lives.

Hanna Polyak, LCSW

Hanna is a mental health clinician in the state of Massachusetts with a professional focus on mindset work. She has worked with hundreds of individuals to overcome roadblocks and accomplish goals through mindset shifts. Hanna combines her professional background with personal experience to ensure that each client feels unparalleled support throughout their wellness journey.

Provides empathetic guidance and a strong sense of support. She is right by your side every step of the way.
Holds you accountable for doing the work both in sessions and between sessions.

Art Esa

Art is a life coach who has worked with countless celebrities throughout his career as an international DJ and music producer. His expertise in habit development and implementation plays a significant role in his own personal success. Art shares key strategies for forming the habits that shape our behavior and influencing daily routines, productivity, health, and overall wellness.

Cassandra Michelle, LCSW

Cassandra is a mental health clinician and an LCSW in the state of Massachusetts. She has a professional focus on embodiment and exploring the mind-body connection. Cassandra believes that by creating positive, healthy relationships with our bodies, we can experience life more deeply and can reach other ambitious goals.
